place is busy at times employees constantly touching their face and I'm not talking about the mixologist coffee makers employees are happy they work in sync together which is a very good thing because they take pride in there job.But they have no bathroom ,while your waiting,I noticed people would leave to use the bathroom and drink coffee someplace else than stand in discomfort

Placed my order and waited 15 minutes before asking how for I was in the queue, as it seemed I had seen orders before and after me had picked up already. I approached the cashier and she told me they no longer had decaf. So.. I was just going to stand there until I figured it out on my own? Come on Starbucks. I was met with attitude when I asked to have a regular coffee in its place. So bizarre!

Worst Starbucks ever! The girl with the pink hair was the only one at the register with three workers and a long line. The other two were on their phones, as per usual. I ordered my food. Paid for it. Only for them to take 6 minutes to tell me they didn't have the product I ordered. Shouldn't that information been stated when I ordered my food? Who does inventory in this Starbucks? This is an example of poor team work and poor management. Great job Starbucks!

I like this Starbucks because of its location. Prime and absolutely needed. Good folks here, and the crowd is good too. Seating sucks but that's about it. Nothing bad here.

I'm not usually a bad review guy but it's been over 4 months of huge lines for mobile orders, for in store orders...I've had to reorder multiple times, I regularly have to order 20-30 minutes in advance. The staff are mostly indifferent, which is understandable of not acceptable, as they are under the impression that "it is what it is".
They need a new business model. It's unfortunate to make this Starbucks the beginning of your work day.
I'm done here.
